Common questions
Do we need special software to send the emails?
Yes. Software like Mailchimp sends one email to everyone on your list at once. We use Mailchimp, Mailjet, HubSpot and ActiveCampaign. If you already have one of those, we'll use it. If not, we'll pick one with you and set it up.
Do you write the emails, or do we?
We do. You read each one before it goes out and change anything you like. If you'd rather send us rough notes or a draft of your own, we'll tidy it up and design it.
Can you set up emails that go out on their own?
Yes. Tell us when you'd like one to go, for example when someone enquires or hasn't heard from you in a while. You approve the wording once, and after that they send themselves.
How often should we send?
It depends on how much news you have. We agree how often at the start, and from then on we do the writing and the sending.
