Marketing agency working across London
We are a marketing agency based in Leeds, and a lot of our work is in London. Our own photographers and videographers travel down to film and photograph your sites, and the rest of the team turns what they bring back into your social media, ads, email and website.

One trip, several sites
We plan London work in blocks. Rather than a half day of filming with a long drive at either end, we agree a list of addresses and shoot them together, over one day or over several.
That is usually the difference between a shoot being worth doing and not being worth doing. A developer with three sites across the city gets all three covered on one trip. An agent with a run of new instructions gets them photographed in the same week, instead of one at a time across a month.
The list, the running order and the times are agreed before anyone sets off.
What travels, and what stays in Leeds
The crew and the kit travel. Cameras, lenses, lighting and the drone come down with the people who will be filming you.
Everything after the shoot happens in Leeds. The edit, the retouching, the words, the posting, the ads, the emails and the reporting all run from our office at Mortec Park, handled by the same people who planned the trip. You deal with one team from the first call to the monthly report, and there is no third party in the middle holding your footage.
What we agree before we set off
Travelling changes what has to be settled in advance, so we settle it first.
- The addresses, in the order we will shoot them.
- Who is letting us in at each one, and at what time.
- What needs to be finished, cleared or cleaned before a camera points at it.
- Whether the drone can fly there, and who grants the permission.
- Which of your people are in the shots, and when they are free.
None of that is glamorous, and it is the reason a day in London produces a year of content rather than a folder of near misses.
What we do with what we shot
One trip feeds all of it. Take the shoot on its own, take one service, or take the lot.
- Video production: films of the finished thing, walkthroughs, aerials and short cuts for social.
- Photography: stills of the building, the interiors and the people in them.
- Social media management: your channels planned, written and posted from what we shot.
- Paid ads: campaigns on Meta, Google and LinkedIn built from the same footage.
- Branding: identity, logos and the rules for using them.
- Email marketing: campaigns and automations that go out to your list.
- Websites and SEO: a site built around the film and stills, and built to be found.
- Property marketing: the whole job for developers, agents and builders.
Common questions
Do you have an office in London?
No. Our office is in Leeds and that is where the team sits. We travel down to shoot, which is why this page is about the trip rather than a postcode. If you would rather meet before booking anything, we can do that on a call or come to you on a day we are already in the city.
How many sites can you cover in a day?
It depends on how far apart they are and how much filming each one needs. Stills of three flats in the same building is a different day from three walkthrough films across the city. Send us the list and we will tell you what is realistic before you commit to it, rather than after.
Who actually turns up?
Our own photographers and videographers, from the same team that planned the shoot and will edit it afterwards. We do not book a local freelancer for the day and hope for the best, which is the usual reason content from one trip does not match content from the next.
When do we see the content?
We agree the dates for the first stills and the first cut when we book the shoot, so you know them before we travel rather than after. Those dates go in writing with the booking.
Can you fly a drone over our site?
Where the airspace and the site allow it. Much of London is restricted, so we check the permissions for your specific address before the shoot and tell you if the answer is no. We would rather say that in planning than on the day.
Who we work with in London
Mostly property, construction and architecture, which is where travelling to the thing itself matters most. Also hospitality, sport, food and drink, health and legal. If you are in property, the property marketing page sets out the whole job, and you can see recent work by industry in our portfolio.
