👩🏽‍💻 My role

I’m the Senior Marketing Manager at E-Marketing Agency, where we specialise in all things marketing for the prime residential sector. I lead strategy across social media campaigns, email marketing, SEO, blog content and brand positioning, helping property brands grow their visibility and authority online.

My role also involves research, marketing strategy, and personal brand development for clients, alongside managing wider marketing activity including paid advertising, websites and video production delivered by our wider team.

Beyond campaign delivery, I oversee marketing strategy for multiple clients, manage and mentor our marketing team, and ensure everything we produce delivers real commercial results. I also play a key role in shaping our internal marketing approach, helping ensure the strategies we deliver for clients remain innovative, effective and aligned with the fast-moving property market.

From shaping brand positioning to guiding creative direction and performance strategy, I’m involved in both the big-picture thinking and the day-to-day execution.

I’m passionate about building strong teams, developing talent, and making sure great ideas translate into measurable growth.

🎓 My journey

I never went to university despite my collection of A*s. Instead, after finishing my A Levels I decided to jump straight into the working world.

My thinking was simple: “Let’s just get into this crazy world of marketing.”

Since then, I’ve built my career through hands-on experience, curiosity and a genuine love for the industry. It’s been a journey of learning, growing, leading teams and helping brands stand out in competitive markets.
