His role allows him to contribute strategically, ensuring that E-Marketing remains at the forefront of digital innovation and service excellence for our clients while providing the oversight to maintaining the highest standards of corporate governance.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Jonty is a renowned para endurance and ice swimmer, director and vice chair of the International Ice Swimming Association, Trustee of two regional charities, passionate advocate for mentorship and frequently shares his leadership insights at industry conferences and seminars.
